CHICAGO, IL – Axiomatics, the leading provider of next-generation authorization solutions, announced their acceptance as a participant of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC). This joins Axiomatics with other worldwide businesses and firms committed to the continuation and/or implementation of sustainable and socially responsible policies.
Joining UNGC includes a commitment to sharing updates on continuous internal efforts to integrate the Ten Principles into Axiomatics’ business strategy, culture, and daily operations. These principles rely on companies’ value systems to operate in ways that not only meet but lead in the areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption.
“As a company focused on empowering enterprises to protect sensitive assets as they continue to grow and make change in the world, joining UNGC enables us to add to our commitment to help them enable safe sustainability,” stated CEO of Axiomatics, Jim Barkdoll. “We especially are excited to engage in collaborative projects to advance the broader development of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.”
The United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) include globally reducing inequality, improving decent work and economic growth, enhancing sustainable cities and communities, climate action, and maintaining peace, justice, and strong institutions. As an international company, Axiomatics is dedicated to ensuring their employees and the places they live in are supported and bettered as much as possible.
“With our commitment to being a company with a presence across many diverse locations, it did not surprise me that our entire leadership team was passionate about officially being accepted into the UNGC, the world’s largest initiative focused on corporate sustainability and social responsibility,” shared COO of Axiomatics, Alexander Nyblaeus. “I am confident our teams will continue to work together to ensure our participation is noted and meaningful as we improve corporate sustainability through the UN framework.”
Yearly, Axiomatics will provide updates and continued commitment to implementing both the Ten Principles and contributing to progress towards the SDG. These updates are meant to ensure all employees, stakeholders, and the general public are aware of their impactful efforts and actions moving forward.
