Creative Designer

We are looking for a creative designer to create and manage digital and print designs for our marketing needs. As a brand steward, you will be doing much more than creating designs, you play a critical role communicating ideas that inspire, inform and captivate our target market.

This remote role is at the center of a fast-paced team and requires the ability to quickly prioritize projects from internal stakeholders.

Requirements

In this position you will be part of a growing company that is constantly generating creative ideas and solutions to accelerating our growth and brand. More specifically, you will get to:

  • Generate fresh concepts to continue to grow our brand, and our ability to share our strategic narrative effectively and efficiently with a variety of stakeholders
  • Oversee design elements, from the initial conception to final delivery.
  • Develop the layout and production design for all assets (print and online)
  • Design graphic content and imagery for customer facing presentations, and videos
  • Design graphic content and imagery for digital promotions, social media and other online vehicles
  • Collaborate across the organization to ensure consistency of designs across various cross-channel initiatives
  • Expand our brand standards to improve our creative execution
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions

Expectations you bring to your role

  • Strong communication skills and a thirst to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent collaboration skills: collaborate with internal clients to listen to design needs, come up with ideas and communicate them, seeing a project through from conceptualization to quality assurance and final state
  • 5+ years working as a creative designer as part of a marketing team
  • Creativity and originality
  • Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and more) and other design software
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
  • Strong sense quality and standards to ensure to ensure a quality final product
  • Strong consultative skills to work with business leaders to define direction and align to priorities
  • Multimedia content development
  • Experience working with/for a high-growth technology company a plus
  • Experience with UI design is considered a plus
